We were pitching to a client who looks at us as we recommend dumping their art style and core tonality of communication to adopt something dramatically different. They patiently wait as we tell them to get away from photographs in their print because it's what we see in every other travel agency ad and use illustrations and fresh colours for each communication. They heard us out as I danced like a lunatic Eiffel Tower across their boardroom. And then? They award us the account a few weeks later and agree to dive into all our ideas with a smile.
